Set in the heart of the Fort Worth Stockyards, the DD Ranch retail store is a modern-day homage to Western heritage. Designed by Bennett Architects, this project blends contemporary sophistication with rustic charm. Our photography aimed to honor that balance—capturing everything from intricate custom details to the grand verticality of the light-filled interiors.

Natural stone, hand-hewn wood, decorative tilework, and vintage elements converge to create an immersive shopping experience. From the iconic steer head centerpiece above the fireplace to the carefully staged merchandise displays, each corner of the store tells a visual story.

The exterior, framed by the district’s historic character, draws foot traffic with a warm stucco facade and inviting storefront. Inside, soaring ceilings and industrial windows flood the space with daylight, enhancing textures and materials meticulously curated by the architects.
