Mid-Century Meets Modern Color at Caddo Offices

Step inside the Caddo Offices and you’re immediately greeted by a visual celebration of creativity and collaboration. This project stands out for its playful take on mid-century modern design, brought to life through bold color choices, clean architectural lines, and vibrant, people-focused interiors.

From the moment you enter, a sculptural white staircase spirals upward, anchoring the space in timeless elegance. Terrazzo floors reflect natural light pouring in from floor-to-ceiling windows, while curated art installations and furniture in bright oranges, yellows, and blues add character and charm to every corner.

Throughout the interiors, the design encourages connection—whether it's impromptu chats in cozy lounge areas, collaboration over coffee in the expansive breakroom, or focused work in semi-private pods tucked along sunny corridors. Pops of humor, like the "PLAY" wall and neon signage, keep the environment light and inviting.

Photographing this project meant capturing not only the aesthetic details—the lighting, textures, and furniture—but also the way people interact with the space. Every corner of Caddo is designed with purpose: to inspire productivity, spark creativity, and make work feel a little more joyful.
