Modern Industrial Design at Parc Southwest

Architecture exteriors and drone photography for Jackson Shaw

Parc Southwest in Irving, Texas, is a prime example of modern industrial design meeting functional excellence. Commissioned by Jackson Shaw, this architectural photography assignment focused on capturing the structure’s strong lines, clean materials, and bold visual presence within a business-forward environment.

The facility’s minimalist façade—with its combination of muted tones, sharp verticals, and expansive glazing—made for dynamic compositions at sunrise and twilight. We intentionally timed these sessions to bring out the crisp textures and create strong visual contrast between the built environment and Texas skies.

Attention was given to showcasing the distribution center’s scale and capability, with wide shots of the truck courts, loading bays, and circulation spaces, complemented by tighter architectural vignettes that emphasized material quality and branding.

From the geometry of the exterior walls to the glowing ambiance of evening lights, every image was crafted to highlight the facility’s role as a top-tier logistics hub—and reflect Jackson Shaw’s forward-thinking development philosophy.

Parc Southwest exemplifies how thoughtful architecture and strategic photography can elevate the industrial real estate narrative.
