We recently had the opportunity to photograph UD 30, a standout logistics and industrial development by Urban Logistics Realty in Dallas, Texas. This expansive facility showcases the best in modern industrial architecture—clean lines, bold textures, and practical design come together to form an environment built for efficiency and scale.

From sunrise to sunset, our team focused on capturing the dynamic interplay of light across the various structures. The deep textures of the concrete façade, complemented by dramatic skies and carefully framed perspectives, highlight the property’s architectural integrity. Aerial photography played a key role in illustrating the overall footprint of the park, giving prospective tenants and investors a complete visual story of its scope and layout.
