Capturing Core5’s Bold Industrial Vision at Perimeter Park

We recently had the opportunity to photograph a stunning project for Core5 Industrial Partners at Perimeter Park — a thoughtfully designed, large-scale logistics facility that blends modern architectural sensibility with the demands of efficient industrial operation.

The clean geometry of the structures, emphasized by vertical panel accents and neutral tones, gave us plenty to work with compositionally. We timed our exterior photography to take advantage of early morning and late evening light, capturing warm glows on the building’s surface and elongated shadows across the loading zones.

A standout feature in this project was the attention to facade detail: vertical stone-like elements and window framing contrasted against wide concrete panels, offering texture and rhythm. We framed shots from multiple vantage points to highlight Core5’s strong brand presence while also demonstrating the building’s functionality — expansive dock doors, efficient traffic flow design, and access points for large-scale logistics operations.

Our aerial work provided key perspectives of the site layout, showcasing how Core5 has maximized both space and accessibility across the development. From an industrial design standpoint, the structure is as beautiful in its functionality as it is in form — a quality we aimed to echo in every image.

This shoot was part of a collaborative effort with the developer’s marketing and design teams, ensuring the final deliverables aligned with their goals for leasing, investment, and promotional materials. The result: a cohesive visual portfolio that tells the full story of this remarkable industrial build.
