Unlike the brand’s other locations, this branch embraces the texture of history—exposed brick, reclaimed wood, bold red doors, and one-of-a-kind architectural details—all while delivering the same polished, flexible workspace Caddo is known for.

As architectural photographers, this was a dream project. We documented how light moves through the double-height atrium, how contrasting textures create visual depth, and how each carefully styled corner contributes to the character of the space. The design celebrates imperfections—weathered doors, industrial ceilings, and iron railings—framed against sleek furniture and vibrant Caddo branding.

The McKinney location includes private offices, casual meeting areas, a large conference room, and shared lounges filled with color and personality. Our photos focused on capturing the dynamic between heritage materials and contemporary workplace use—from the eye-catching “Co-op Chicks” neon art to the rooftop patio overlooking the neighborhood.
