A Modern Pour: Capturing Vector Brewing’s Bold Blend of Craft and Color

Architecture, commercial interiors, and drone photography for Mitchell Garman Architects

Vector Brewing, designed by Mitchell Garman Architects, redefines the neighborhood brewery experience through immersive, graphic-forward architecture. Located in East Dallas, this vibrant space is a refreshing blend of functionality and funβ€”where industrial design meets playful detail.

The taproom interior plays with bold hues like teal, red, and yellow, creating high energy without overwhelming the eye. Photography focused on the interplay of color, material, and light, emphasizing thoughtful design choices like patterned concrete block partitions, glossy turquoise ceilings, and soft industrial lighting. Every elementβ€”down to the typography on the beer menuβ€”has been curated with intention.

The outdoor patio invites community gathering with a custom mural backdrop and overhead slatted trellis that dapples sunlight across picnic-style tables. The result is a layered and approachable atmosphere that transitions beautifully between day and night.

This shoot captured the soul of the brewery through dynamic angles, natural light, and detail-driven composition, celebrating Vector Brewing not just as a local favoriteβ€”but as an architectural experience crafted as thoughtfully as the beer it serves.
